Shipments to Italy and islands
The goods are normally delivered to the recipient with the National Courier in 2/3 days of shipment throughout Italy and smaller islands.
At the departure of the goods, the recipient will receive the tracking number by email to monitor the shipment, as well as a further warning email on the day the goods are delivered.
Delivery takes place every day except Saturday and Sunday.
In the event of obvious damage by the courier, we invite you to sign with the mention "WITH RESERVE" in order to be able to request insurance compensation from the courier.
The cost of transport in Italy and abroad will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the goods ordered. You will be able to check the exact amount of shipping costs as you fill your virtual shopping cart.
Up to 20kg it is 10 euros, for orders over 20 Kg shipping is free.

Defective goods / damaged shipping.
In the case of defective goods:
If the purchased product has defects, the customer has the right to replace the product. The organic farm Ferruccio Iannarilli has customer satisfaction as its priority .

In the case of damaged shipping:
If you receive parcels from Conforti Food Passion visibly damaged by the courier, (broken packaging) you can do as follows:
If it is a matter of several packages, reject the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier's note " With reserve ". We will then take care of returning the damaged package and returning it to you.
If, on the other hand, it is a one-piece shipment, reject the shipment
to the sender and as before we will take care of the return and
restoration of the shipment.
In the event of exhaustion of the broken product, you will be contacted
for a possible replacement if you do not find any replacement products
in our catalog, the organic agricultural company Ferruccio Iannarilli,
will return the sums paid to you. Any shipping costs for returning the damaged package to the sender and returning the new one are entirely at our expense.
